kind: 'integration' packages can declare workspace targets — the named dashboard sections they ship with. This is a first-party surface today. Partner integrations have their widgets placed individually by an admin in the composer.

WorkspaceTargetDefinition is exported from the root entrypoint if you need it:
workspaceTargets field is validated if you set it, but partner integrations should not populate it.
